Overview

CPU 

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz Processor: Now the Ryzen 5 2600 is a very reliable and fast processor that we can personally guarantee won’t disappoint you. It has 6 cores and 12 threads clocked at 3.4GHz. Those 12 threads are one of the most important things you need to consider buying a processor because the more threads you have, the faster your rendering and editing process going to be. Softwares such as Adobe Premiere takes advantage of these extra threads. If your main intention was gaming, then we would have recommended another CPU like the i5 8400 which has only 6 threads which would have been enough for gaming. Another thing is that it comes with a decent stock cooler so you can save some money rather buying an aftermarket cooler. The cooler works very well for slight overclocking and maintaining safe temperatures.

Motherboard

MSI - KRAIT X370 Gaming AM4 Motherboard: This motherboard is a big bang for the buck. You get almost all features of a high-end motherboard for just around 10k. You get an M.2 slot, you get USB 3.1 which is really handy if you're constantly transferring files and media from an external hard drive as it can speed up the process.  Keep in mind that if you buy this motherboard ask the seller to update the Bios in order to work with the new Ryzen processor. Also, this motherboard supports RAM all the way up to 64GB.

RAM

Corsair - Vengence LPX 16GB DDR4 Memory: RAM is a crucial part of a video editing PC. The more RAM you have the more application you can run at a time. 8 Gigabytes is on the low end and 16 Gigabytes is standard. Also, another factor is the speed or frequency of the RAM. Higher the frequency faster is the process. We always recommend getting the fastest RAM possible that is supported by the motherboard. Corsair Vengence LPX 16GB has a speed of 3000MHz and is a reliable brand to go with.

Graphics Card

ASUS - GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card: A Graphics Card isn't that important than a CPU and RAM but you should definitely need one. At least the cheapest one. The ASUS GT 1030 is a good entry level budget video card that can help you in accelerating your rendering process. The GT 1030 comes with 384 Cuda computing cores and if you're using editing software like Premiere Pro you can enable Cuda acceleration which will make the graphics card work along with the CPU which results in much faster rendering. If you are going to do a lot of 3D animation or modelling then you should consider buying more expensive cards like the GTX 1060.

Storage

Samsung - 960 EVO-250GB SSD + Seagate - Barracuda 1TB HDD: The Samsung SSD is for storing all your essential software and your OS while your hard drive can be used for storing your work files. The things you store in your SSD will open fast and the things you store in your Hard drive will open slowly. The 960 EVO is the fastest SDD in the market other than the Pro model of it So if you want the fastest storage, go for the Pro but the 960 Evo is significantly fast and you won't be disappointed by its speed.

Power Supply 

Cooler Master - MWE 450W 80+ White Power Supply: The Power Supply is one of the most important parts of a PC, whether its a Gaming PC or Editing PC. This is the one place that you should never cheap out. We recommend buying a power Supply from reputed brands like Corsair, Cooler Master, Thermaltake etc. We went with the Cooler Master MWE 450W which is a 450 Watt Power Supply with an 80+ standard efficiency. 450 watt will be more than what this PC requires and can even power up if you add more components like a powerful Graphics card or storage drives.

Case

Deepcool - D-Shield V2 ATX Mid Tower Case: The final component of the Build is the case. The case we choose has a mid-ATX form factor which is made by a reliable brand. Its one of their new models into to the budget range of cases. It comes with a Pre-installed 120mm Fan for cooling and one USB 3.0 port in the front. Its well-rounded budget oriented case from a trusted brand and we recommend it to anyone in search of a minimalistic case.

These components add up to make a powerful editing machine,but on a 70,000 Budget.You can get these parts for much cheaper price from a retail store or if you are a good deal hunter.
