LEAST EXPENSIVE GAMING PC Using AMD Ryzen APU | 2018

if you are looking for a cheap PC that can do lite gaming then this PC is your best choice. Before we get into the build let us see the Industry news. The latest is AMD's new Generation of APUs with the Zen architecture. It came with 2 models the Ryzen 5 2400g and the Ryzen 3 2200g. They are built on a 14nm processor with the all new Radeon Vega 11 and Vega 8 graphics respectively.  These integrated graphics are capable of getting 30+FPS in many games at 1080p and offer great value for money. So with such great CPUs in the market, why don't build a PC with it. So let us start...

In case you are planning to upgrade your processor after a year then I would say go for the Ryzen 3 2200G as it is 5000 INR cheaper with similar performance with a few threads lesser. The 2400G can be overclocked both manually or using the new Precision boost 2 Software. As you noticed I did spend a lot of money to get high-speed RAM(memory). This is because of the Integrated graphics which mainly relies on the Speed of the RAM.

The Kingston HyperX Ram kit supports our motherboard of choice that is the Gigabyte AB350M-D3H according to their website. The Gigabyte motherboard also comes with the updated Bios to support Ryzen APUs out of the box. The board packs 4 RAM slots up to 64GB with both CPU and RAM overclocking capability you'll be surprised to hear that it even supports M.2 and USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports. For storage, The next component is the storage and I choose the Seagate Barracuda 1 TB hard drive. This drive has a standard speed of 7200 RPM and 64MB of cache. In this you can store ur OS, games movies and other files and 1 TB will last you a very long time. 

Powering up the pc is the Coolermaster MWE 450W Power supply. This power supply is Coolermaster's recent model in the market and has a standard 80+ power efficiency. It can handle this configuration very well and even if you want to add a dedicated graphics like a GTX 1050 or 1060 you won't face any power issues. Anything cheaper than this power supply is not recommended as it might damage your pc.

For the case/cabinet, I went with the Corsair Spec 04. It's a mid Atx form factor case with plenty of space for airflow and cable management. It has a USB 3.0 port on the front and a Corsair 120mm LED fan for the cooling. the case also features a full black steel body with built-in dust filters and slightly tinted side window to show off your specs.
